Looking Back
Last Friday was my weigh in. I gained .6 and it was very depressing for me. Having stayed under my calories and TOM coming, I figured it out to be mainly water retension. Will it ever come?
Been on this weight loss journey for 2 years now. Lost 60 before joining MFP. Gained 10 back, now I've lost that 10, and have been trying to get 20 off to meet my under 200lb goal. Will that day ever come? I feel like I keep climbing and climbing, and don't get anywhere. What a struggle! :(

Mediteranean Chicken Delite Pizza

I am really upset. This was my 3rd week for MFP. I only lost .3 lbs. I'm really really bummed. I stayed below my sodium, and went over my sugar a little bit. But I worked out 45min-1hr EVERY day!
