C210K or C25K Faster?
So I finished C25K a while back with my running speed about 4.5. I decided to try C210K but the first week is 10 min runs with 1 minute walks in between. You do this 4 times (so 40 minutes running). For the life of me I can't seem to get through the last run even when I run them all at 4.2. So what do you guys think…

Looking at different C25K apps today I noticed some are 8 weeks and some are 9. Does anyone know what the difference is? What is everyone doing? Mine is "Simple C25K" and it is 9 weeks.

Trying to make this time different
I have been on here for a while, but keep running into stumbling blocks. Trying to make it work this time. I already have the exersize pretty good. I am lifting heavy twice a week, doing yoga twice a week, and on the lifting days that aren't legs I try to get in 30 mins of low impact cardio at the gym. Low impact right now…
