Trying to make this time different

I have been on here for a while, but keep running into stumbling blocks. Trying to make it work this time. I already have the exersize pretty good. I am lifting heavy twice a week, doing yoga twice a week, and on the lifting days that aren't legs I try to get in 30 mins of low impact cardio at the gym. Low impact right now because of getting a stress fracture from 30DS
I am way too flexible (it is a bad thing I promise... already had 3 surgeries because of it) which adds to the injuries more that helps so trying to stay strong through any injuries and keep my food where it needs to be (my biggest problem) is going to be my challenge.
I don't have a lot of support at home / work so I am looking for friends on here. Feel free to add me!! THANKS!!!!!
