Thinking about not logging my food for a while...

I haven't been on here the last couple days because I realized something. I used to struggle with Anorexia and I keep finding myself fixating on the number of calories I am eating (and eating back from exercise). After donating blood on Friday I ate without regard to calories and then made good choices but didn't fret about the number all weekend (I was with the boyfriend and he was cooking so tracking would have been a best guess anyway). Weighed in this morning down 2.5 pounds. Is it bad that I am thinking about not logging for a while? Any input either way is appreciated.

If not logging makes you eat more than it sounds like it would probably be very good for you right now. If not logging makes you eat one lettuce leaf and a Dorito then log (from what you said this doesn't seem to be the case...). Either way best of luck to you and glad to hear about your weekend - sounds like you're on the right track there.0
