Homemade booze
My grandma makes bottles of sloe gin, sloe vodka, raspberry vodka etc every year as Christmas presents for us. Just wondering if anyone has any idea how on earth i would log it? I think the only ingredients are raspberries, sugar and cheap vodka but i have no clue how much sugar. Should i just avoid drinking it altogether?

Night-time snacks
Is it bad to have something like toast or cereal before bed? It fits in with my calories but is it too heavy for a night-time snack??

Cross trainer
Are cross trainers and elliptical trainers the same thing? (probably a stupid question) Also, i don't have a lot of money so had to make do with a second hand one and the display is a bit dodgy. Just wondering if the calorie-burn in the database is relatively accurate as i don't want to overestimate what i'm doing. Ty :)

I know it's not technically 'exercise' but changing my kingsize duvet makes me sweat like a crazy person and it certainly knackers me out! There should totally be a place for it in the calorie burn database haha.
