My family were commenting on my weight-gain behind my back when my little cousin (3yrs old) overheard and started saying "amy fat" over and over. The worse part though was my aunty encouraging it and other relatives finding it hilarious.

If i used my period as an excuse to over eat or not workout then i would be seriously screwed. Yeah sounds about right. I use this to calculate the burn from doing Leslie Sansone. You just add your weight, the miles and the time taken, and then it calculates an approximate burn for you :) http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/walking-calorie-burn-calculator.aspx

In for ideas. I've always shunned buying thighs and i don't really know why as they seem to be considerably cheaper than chicken breasts. Do they taste the same? I tried turkey thigh once and it was a horrible texture =/

That's awesome!! No NSV is too small to brag about girl!! I struggle to notice in myself that i've lost weight even though my clothes are obviously looser. But the first time it actually registered was when my engagement ring kept sliding off.

Hey Laura, 22 weeks really is a good chunk of time (my sister gave me 12!) If you commit to logging and start walking every day you should be able to lose at least 1lb a week.
