Okay, maybe my ambitions are too high considering I'm just starting out...should I lower my goal? Or just do my best to get to 50 and if I don't make it oh well?
I would say just try your best and if you don't make it, then add 5 miles to whatever you do get to for next month's goal!0 -

I have some issues walking however I pray to get more miles in per day as the month goes0 -

Starting today and just back to walking after being in a lupus flare and having a herniated disc in my neck. It is hard to do but I have to fight to get my life back I have been down all year and I am tired of it.
