Trying to figure out the ticker thing. New to running. I started training to a 5k in late August ran one on Thanksgiving with a time of 32:57. I'm not a runner and it was 28 degrees!
Now, I'm ready for this challenge

I would love to join y'all!!! This is my first month being back on MFP in quite a while. I've got to get this extra weight off and this will be a perfect place to start. This month my challenge will be 50 miles and below are my totals so far.

Total - 6.20

Ashley, I just went to tickerfactory.com, made a ticker, and copied the bbcode into my post. I don't know how to make the distance ones appear in the signature, only the weight ones.0 -

December 3: 4.62 miles
December 5: 5.00 miles
December 7: 3.88 miles
Only 3.88 miles today - was aiming for more like 6 miles but it started raining really heavily 20 minutes into the run so I had to turn around and come back because I was worried about how wet my phone was getting! Will try again tomorrow.
