Running on concrete. . . advice!
I do not run on concrete because of shin splints and I have tried a few different shoes with no luck. I signed up for a 5k marathon (my first run) and I am kind of worried about how my legs are going to deal with this Any suggestions on what I should do to prepare?

Late night eating. . . where did this habit come from?!
SOOOO. . .The past few weeks I have been waking up at 12-3 am and making a sandwich or a bowl of cereal (i've never had this problem). I don't know how this started or why but it needs to stop.
