Help trying to reduce/eliminate wheat and sugar!
Who here is trying to or has eliminated (or really reduced) their wheat/sugar intake? I have a friend who lost 40 lbs just getting rid of these 2 evils...so I'm open to it. Would appreciate advice from those who have been there!

Hi all, new here and finally realizing I need to do something to reclaim my 'lighter' body and make changes. Get mobile, and not just use a wheelchair.
