I've been ill the past week, still not 100% but I'm getting there. Just wondering what the best types of exercises would be to get my body used to it again? Recommend some workout dvds please?
I will be joining a gym soon but that may be a few weeks, I'd like to get started on something now! I know there are thousands of get fit, keep fit, lose weight, etc dvds out there, so which ones have you tried? Which work, which don't? Which ones do you prefer? Thanks in advance!

Do you count housework as tidying?
As a mother to two small children, most of my time is spent tidying up but would this count as exercise? It definitely gets my heart rate up for one!
