Back to exercising after being ill

I've been ill the past week, still not 100% but I'm getting there.

Just wondering what the best types of exercises would be to get my body used to it again? Don't want to throw myself in at the deep end and possibly make myself worse!

Even ones I could attempt just now that aren't too strenuous but get my body used to moving again.
