I have been having trouble with my knees. Apparently they didn't approve of the 1 1/2 hr zumba/turbo kick class I did on Friday and one of them has been swollen ever since. Went to the doc today and he tells me I have Osteoarthritis. So I still need to loose weight (about 20 more lbs). What kind of exercises can I do now?…

How many grams is considered "low carb"?
My MFP carb goal is 134 g per day. I'm taking a carb blocker but am wondering if that's just a mute point if I'm eating too many carbs to begin with. Not real interested in a really low carb diet. Thoughts?
What's your thought on the treadmill? I heard that if you walk 60 seconds and then run 60 seconds, it burns more fat. Any truth to this? I've been walking at 4 mph then running at 6.4 for about 15-20 minutes. Amounts to about 1 1/2 miles.
