Feeling guilty

I was supposed to have my weigh in today around 545. Therefore I was really eating light during the day. Only got in 491 calories between breakfast and lunch. Got to the gym and couldn't find the trainer doing the weigh in. I went ahead and did my Zumba class and found her afterwards. She said we would do it tomorrow. So now I'm starving. Ended up eating the rest of my calories plus all but 96 of my exercise calories. I'm feling guilty like I ate way too much. I know I couldn't have eaten what I did if I had eaten. Ore during the day but didn't want to sabotage my weigh in. Now I think because of how much I just ate I sabotaged it anyway. Just venting. No question.

    Doesn't matter when you get your calories as long as you're within your budget your fine.. don't sweat it :) Good luck with your weigh in.
