Scales haven't budged?
Since Sunday I've worked out hard everyday and eaten my 1200 calories and the scales havent changed one bit. Is this normal? I thought I would have at least lost 100g or so by now but not at all!! I am doing 20 minutes every day on my stationary bike, burning a little under 200 calories. I am also eating better and not eating past 1,500 calories. Is this enough to help me slim down over the next few months? My goal is to lose 7 kg. Thank-you

Whats better for breakfast?
- 2 poached eggs on 2 pcs of multigrain bread with a bit of butter - 70 grams of porridge (rolled oats) with half milk and half water - large smoothie containing 1 orange, 1 banana, 30 grams pineapple and a handful of baby spinach thanks :)

Tips on how to relax and lose weight?
I want to try a more stress free approach to losing weight, the scales rule my life which,in my opinion, is bad. I've tried calorie counting, nutrition plans, macro nutrient counting and none of those have really worked for me so I'm going to try something new. How to increase calorie intake?
I'm struggling to eat 1800+ calories a day, Im breastfeeding and burning around 150 calories a day exercising. I'm fairly sure my body is in survival mode resulting in me not loosing any weight. How can I up my calories?with 2 young kids I definitely struggle to eat well!

will swimming aid my weight loss?
Im 175 cms tall and weigh 80 kilos, I've been swimming for about 3 weeks now and do 30 laps 6 times a week. Takes me about 45 mins to an hour. So far I've managed to maintain the weight that im at but I want to loose another 10 kilos, any tips will be very appreciated :)
