Can someone help me with calories please?

Ive worked out that i burn, on average, around 1800 calories every day. That's a normal day for me (looking after 2 kids, maintaining a family etc... general life). I am trying to loose the last 10 kilos of my baby weight so what should my calorie intake goal be for the day? I'm also breastfeeding so need to take that into account.
I hope that makes sense!
Thanks

So to maintain your weight you would then eat 1800 plus about 500 for breastfeeding for a total of 2300, then to lose half a kilo/keep you would eat 500 cals less so 1800 cals to lose weight.0

something less than 1800 - say 1500 a day. The breastfeeding will add perhaps 300 to your "outgoings" giving a total deficit around 600.0

With breastfeeding you don't want to cut calories too steeply, in my opinion. Give this a try for 4-6 weeks: target 1700-1800 calories per day. And look for ways to add activity. It doesn't have to be anything complicated. Jog in place for 10-15 minutes while watching tv. Do crunches, squats, etc. for 15 minutes a day. This would mean aiming for your normal maintenance calories, but having a slight deficit thru added activity & breast feeding.0
