    I hate and can't stand whey. But love casein powder. And I adore casein dessert with frozen fruit. Mmmm! Plus there are tons of recipes (pancakes, muffins, ice cream...).

    Most of my protein comes from pork, chicken, fish, eggs, yoghurt, cheese, milk and beans.

    For gaining protein in your body, its better if you eat the food which are full of protein. Taking the food rich in protein is more beneficial then to take a protein powder. You can eat the food like:-
    Milk
    Fish
    Chicken
    Sprouts
    Grams
    Egg

    Chicken is pretty much the most protein dense meat. if you don't mind a bit of salt seafood also has very high protein for its calories. Prawns are almost pure protein.
