I am doing 20 minutes every day on my stationary bike, burning a little under 200 calories. I am also eating better and not eating past 1,500 calories. Is this enough to help me slim down over the next few months? My goal is to lose 7 kg. Thank-you

That depends if you're eating in a deficit...0

Different bodies have different needs. I would argue that many people would lose weight on the regimen you describe, but if you're a 6'4" man you'll lose a lot more than if you're a 4'9" woman.0

It is doubtful that are you burning a little less than 200 calories in 20 minutes on a stationary bike.
If you are in a calorie deficit, yes, you should lose weight.
Remember to log your food consistently and honestly and use a food scale to weigh all food you consume. Measuring cups and spoons should only be used for liquids.
