Laying in bed last night...
and I remembered that I didn't log something I ate. I tried to forget about it and just close my eyes, but it kept nagging at my brain! So I had to get up, get out of bed, turn on the comp and log the extra food. Does this ever happen to anyone else?

soda vs. water
For about 5-6 weeks now, i have been drinking absolutely NOTHING but water. and I feel AMAZING. Before this amazing transformation, I was a regular coffee drinker x3 a day with milk and sugar.
