I don't mind when I am having a non-exercise day and going just over the 1200 by 100 or less, but on days when I exercise I try to eat back all of it but sometimes I get close instead. What is a good size/brand? I am seeing everything from 55 cm to 75cm, needs to come with a pump, want to do crunches, etc. also I am in Canada but willing to buy from ebay.ca as well, I am 5'4'', if that makes a difference.

New to this site, Hello all. Does anyone know the average calories that you burn on level 1 of the 30 day shred and possibly the other levels? Just wondering how much I should log, also how do you put the ticker in your posts?? Also in 6 days I have already lost 3 lbs woo hooo!!!
