A "DUH" moment

So get home from taking my girl to the doctors, have lunch, about an hour later I decide to workout , day 5 level 2 30DS....Anyways I am making my after workout mini meal and wondering why the F*** my shoulder hurts like my arm is gonna fall off, instantly go to thinking I hurt myself, I go to rub my shoulder and see the band aid, then it hits me ," duh, I had my booster shot too" roll my eyes and start laughing out loud, I guess it is one of those days....
