For the last 3 days I haven't exercised much just a bit of walking, help! i need a kick in the pants these last few days I have no motivation ugh

    Sometimes you just have to force yourself to get started - I have had to do it a time or two. Just look how far you have come. You can do this.

    Whenever I am feeling that lack of motivation, I look up trainer tips and motivational speeches by people like Tony Horton or Jackie Warner. My favorite is Tony Horton's 11 laws of fitness. I just google the trainers name or trainer tips/motivation. Usually, when I'm procrastinating my working out, it's the kick in the pants that I need.

    I also found, if I don't work out first thing in the morning, there is a 99% chance I will procrastinate until it's too late to work out.

    Try something different. The other night I ran up and down the stairs with the kids for 20 minutes - that was a very hard workout, but fun with the kids.
