started it in November but then i got sick for a week and couldn't do it and then moved and was busy packing etc, so i started again on the 3rd of December, after 4 days of round 1 I got really bored and decided to do both level one and two in a row and then do level 1 and then level 1&2 again alternating until the time for level 3 begins....does anyone think this will work?? i am just so sick of doing level 1 lol

just do whatever you want. I don't think it is designed to be used in perfect order. If you are ready to move up and you are doing the "advanced" modifications on all of the level 1 stuff then step it up. It's not about the number of days you do it...its about doing something every day. The video is designed to help you work up to harder exercises to help you challenge yor body and mind...It has nothing to do with moving up a level on a certain day. I like to move around in the videos and do what I feel like I will push harder at from day to day. If you are bored you are more likely to slack off a bit and not put your whole effort into your workout.
Have fun! Jillian is the best!! : )0 -
That is awesome! I can barely get through level 1. Think of it this way.... would Jillian be mad at you for working out extra long and hard? HELL NO! lol0

When I first started I could barely get through level 1 and after day 1 I was in too much pain for 3 days to do it again. LOL But after a few days of doing it with no serious pain afterwards, I started doing the Shred twice in a row every day. (except for a couple of days when I bumped up to Level 2, I just did it once per day a couple times and then went back to my twice in a row routine) It's exercise like any other exercise, do what works for your fitness level and goals. :-)
Also, there's totally a group on here called 'double shredders' for people that like to Shred twice a day. ;-)0 -
The more you do the better!! You will probably even get better results... just remember to scale it back if you start to get super sore!! I moved up quicker than recommended too, I mixed it up to avoid boredom...
I own Ripped in 30 also, so I usually start the week with higher levels and move down, or vice versa.. rotating between the 2 discs, its always good to keep your body guessing!0 -
Actually that is exactly what I am doing. I doubled up on level 1 for about 5 days and now I started doing level 2 and level 1 together. Once I dont feel like I am going to die during level 2 I will double up on level 2 before I move on to level 3! I am hoping this gives me better results since like someone said, I am working harder and longer! I think you are doing a great job!0
