somtimes if i know im going to become weak in the evening (prime Binge time) I will save a few hundred calories till after dinner. Do you need to marinade tofu with your bbq sauce before you cook it? WHATS the best way to cook it? back or fry? I have some organic sweet chili bbq sauce and my boy friend wants to try cooking it with tofu and green beans.... odd request, but id like to try! any syggestions?
