Mix in a blender:

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 med banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

blend and Drink half. Save the other half for tomorrow, give it a quick spin in the blender before you drink it!

**If you need some extra greens in your breaky cause you know lunch will not be as healthy as usual, try:

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Follow same instructions!

Trust me, the spinach is soooo yummy with the berries!! and no need to add sweetener to either recipe!
