BBQ Sauce and TOFU

Do you need to marinade tofu with your bbq sauce before you cook it?

WHATS the best way to cook it? back or fry?

I have some organic sweet chili bbq sauce and my boy friend wants to try cooking it with tofu and green beans.... odd request, but id like to try!

any syggestions?

    make sure to press your tofu first (google how to do it, if you don't know) and marinate as long as possible. I don't find BBQ sauces get flavor into the tofu as much as I'd like, I've bbq'd it and baked it.

    I like small chopped up tofu fried and added to stir fry you could do that with BBQ sauce and serve over rice with beans.....I think for me that's how i'd like it best.
