I worked out less today than I usually do
I usually spend 2 sometimes 2 1/2 hours at the gym. Today I only stayed for 50 minutes. Should I eat less today to make up the difference?

Why am I 5 pounds heavier
I weighed myself this morning and I weighed 5 pounds more than yesterday. Then I weighed myself again just a few minutes ago and I still weighed the same as this morning.
