I have been doing the same exercise everyday since June 27th. Should I change what I'm doing or stick to it?

What is your routine and what are your goals?

Are you still seeing results? If you are and you aren't bored with it, then by all means keep going. If you aren't seeing any changes, and you're bored to tears with it (I lose motivation completely when I'm bored) then it may be time to switch it up.

Personally I do something slightly different every time I workout, but I have a short attention span

My routine is 2 hours on the arc cybex. After that I walk 6 miles. My goals are to lose 40 pounds. I lost 18 pounds so far.

When you stop liking it or when you stop seeing improvement in your exercises.

To that end, choose exercise routines that make it possible to see improvement.
