Everyday since June 27th 2014 I have been eating healthy, working out for 2 hours on the arc cybex and walking 6 miles a day. So far I have lost 16 pounds. 5 if those pounds have been lost since Monday. Should I continue doing what I'm doing or should I switch it up a little and do something different to keep my body guessing?

I would probably eat more. You're almost to goal and losing 5 lbs in less than a week?
eta: in regards to your fitness. Your body doesn't get confused. If what you're doing is something you enjoy and you're getting results, why would you change it?0 -
^ I agree with the eta. As for the 5 pound loss, I think that's just fine unless you're not overweight. The first few weeks are usually the most productive and then things tend to become less linear.0

It depends on your goals and your lifestyle. Can you continue two hour daily workouts forever? Are you eating a sufficient number of calories? Is your weight loss sustainable? Just from reading your post it doesn't sound like it is, but I don't know you well enough to stick to that.
General rec- I would add some strength training to help retain existing muscle mass. (Edit: I read your post thinking it was all cardio, my bad) But at the end of the day you have to have workouts you enjoy enough to do that advance your personal goals. If you like it, leave it.0 -
There are no reasons to "change things up" unless they aren't working. The whole "keep the body guessing" thing is BS. The body doesn't guess. It knows what you're doing no matter how often you change your exercise routine. I would however note you didn't mention anything about strength training. There are numerous benefits to doing some kind of strength training. I would add in 2-3 days of total body strength work. Your physique will thank you for it!0
