Taking a day off from the gym in the middle of the week
Hey guys, I have a question. Are there any benefits to taking like a Wednesday off from the gym? Does my body need that break if I work out 5 times a week? Do you perform better after a day off? Or is it better for my body if I take 2 days off in a row (sat and sun). Thanks!

Is it even possible to burn over 1000 calories in 60 min of a spinning class??? My heart rate monitor shows that I burned 1,110 cals. Dairy Free And Gluten Free???

Morning workouts - help!
On the days that I have to work out in the mornings the workouts are just not the same! I don't have nearly the same amount of energy as I do in the afternoons.
