Is it even possible to burn over 1000 calories in 60 min of a spinning class???
My heart rate monitor shows that I burned 1,110 cals. I am relatively new to spinning,
I worked out at 80%-95% of my max HR the entire class
I am 5' and 159 lb ;-/
I got my HR monitor through beach body
I want to make sure I record correct cals
Thanks!!!
