Garmin service sucks
Be aware that if you buy your Garmin watch from Ebay or the like your warranty is invalid. Vivofit sleep
I just noticed that my Vivofit records my sleep automatically...Does anyone know when this changed? I have had it since July 2014. Its a great feature as I never used to bother putting it in sleep mode.

Hi My new vivofit does not seem to show the heart rate. I clicked through all the options....steps/goal/time etc but no heart rate comes up. Any ideas?

Running out of breath
I have been running for about 2 years. I usually run on a treadmill and find I can run for over 60mins without getting out of breath. When I run outside on the pavement I find it very tough and after 2 - 3 kms I need to stop for a minute or two to get my breath back. I run 2-4 times a week generally. My question is how can…
