Pre Run Juice

Does anyone have a good recipe for a pre run juice? I only run up to 10kms but would like any suggestions.

I would stay away from the greens and go for the carbs that you will need on your run. I would use a carrot base then add whatever suits your taste, like apple, orange, pineapple, beet, etc. I would also include a few stalks of celery for the sodium, or,else add a pinch or two of salt which will give you the same benefit of a sports drink. One of my favorite juices is carrot, celery, pineapple.0
