Spark Energy Drink
I have heard that this energy drink is very affective, but I also read it is full of synthetic ingredients, which is obviously bad. I am not sure which is correct. Is there anyone here that is familiar with this drink and its effect/safety?

So, I went to the museum and the mall today. I spent about 4 hours walking very slow. Nuts....Good or bad?
I always hear ppl say nuts are a very healthy snack. But, they are super high in calories! I usually choose almonds as my nut snack of choice, but they are 170 calories in just a quarter cup. So what's the benefit of eating nuts? Anybody?

I want to like tuna and other fish - your recipes and ideas
Please tell me some ways to prepare tuna and/or any other fish so it doesn't taste too "fishy". I used to eat fish only if it was battered, fried and smothered in tartar sauce. Please give me your best fish ideas!

If you could eat anything and not gain weight...
What would it be? I would choose a greasy cheeseburger, fries and chocolate shake. A huge plate of chicken enchiladas with all the trimmings topped off with fried ice cream. Or, a veggie ponzeratta from Jimmys Grotto (local restaurant)

Which ones do u use? I've never had any, but I would like one to have as an in-between snack. Also, I read ppl drink them after workouts, not sure why? I want one that tastes decent too, otherwise, I won't drink it n just waste all that money. Any suggestions?

Taebo
So yesterday I saw tons n tons of Taebo DVD's at Goodwill. I was gonna pick up a few, but on the back , some of the pictures had them using some type of bands. Well, I don't have anything like that. Has anyone here ever done Taebo? Do you know if you need bands or if you can do it without them???

Questions about calories?
I'm sure its been asked dozens of times on here, but I am new so I haven't seen it. Okay, if your on a 1200 calorie diet, and say you burn 600 at the gym. Does that mean you can eat 1800 calories that day and still loose the 1 lb a week?
