Spark Energy Drink

I have heard that this energy drink is very affective, but I also read it is full of synthetic ingredients, which is obviously bad. I am not sure which is correct. Is there anyone here that is familiar with this drink and its effect/safety?

Here is the product page for it with all the ingredients listed on it.

I use it, I love it, but that is me. It's up to any specific person what they are willing to use for added energy/benefits, and I chose the additional focus, taste, and energy that it gives me for morning workouts or when im dragging at the end of the day sometimes. To each their own!0 -
Not real sure about the ingredients on spark but personally it works great, but I just hate the after taste of it0
