Chafing
Inner thigh chafing from running! Ive read on how to prevent it... but its stopping me from going my run today cause I chafed pretty bad yesterday. Any tips or advice on how to get rid of it or help heal it?

So I'm starting to get a lot more serious about my running, upping my weekly mileage and attempting to get my running pace to a certain standard for shorter distances. Anybody out there in a similar position, or heck, any serious runners at all. Give me an add. Advice welcome, kk thanks

Rant rant rant
So, knowing that I've been trying to lose weight like mad. And trying to get my running time up to a fitness test standard. Today was the day my long term girlfriend decided to tell me that she thought I looked really unhealthy and that I was too fat. Can't beat the wee confidence boosts along the way eh guys!?

Fitness test
I have a fitness test in the next couple of months for a job I'm going for.... I need to run 1.5 miles in under 12 minutes Hit my best time of 1.52 miles in 11:57 !! Need to improve on that by at least a minute...but I'm pretty chuffed!!

So basically in the next few months ( before October ) Il have a fitness test. The reqs are that I need to run 1.5 miles in under 12 minutes. Currently running outside my time is coming to around between 13 and 13:30. Any helpful tips on how to up my overall pace and running time?
