Not training

So I put my back out at work ( yeah I'm only 20 , hopefully not a sign of things to come eh). Can't train as hard as I would like. Usually would do some jiu jitsu / muay thai as well as weight lifting and high intensity uphill sprints at least 4-5 times a week.


Finding it rather hard to combat this itch to train, even though I know I'd likely just hurt myself more :(.

    Make sure you rest up and don't get back to training untilmyour back is healed. I know it's hard trust me I really do know. I was injured while deployed in the Army during the 80s. I didn't follow my rest and physical therapy and to this day I still feel the injury when I train hard. Are you seeing a physical therapist or occupational therapist of some type?
