So I'm starting to get a lot more serious about my running, upping my weekly mileage and attempting to get my running pace to a certain standard for shorter distances.
Anybody out there in a similar position, or heck, any serious runners at all. Give me an add. Advice welcome, kk thanks

For increasing mileage, run more miles. Not trying to be a smart *kitten*. Running further requires running more. Don't increase your mileage more than 10% per week. Keep those longer runs slow and easy.
To increase speed, do intervals. Quarter mile or half mile intervals near the highest speed you can maintain, walk in between sprints.0
