Who wants to do a challenge ? =)
I love challenges and stay much more motivated when I have a goal. So, I have decided to do 50 sit ups, 50 push ups, 50 lunges, 50 squats, and 50 jumping jacks every day for a week. Once I get there, I am hoping I can up that amount for the following week. Who wants to join in. =)

Midwest Exercises Need to Be Added
I just got done digging a drainage ditch to turn my driveway from a lake back in to some semblance of a drivable area. Of course I was going to log that on my exercises and when I looked it up, it wasn't there. ( I know, big shock 80 ) We need a Midwest exercise section on this site. LOL So, what exercises would you add? =)

exercising with injuries
I am on the second level of the 30 day shred, and my old volley ball injuries ( I twisted my ankle several times) are acting up. Any ideas on how to help support my ankles and still keep it up. I don't want to stop because I am loving the results!

Moms or Dads How to count unconventional exercise
I have no idea how to add exercises that are not on the list. How do I know how many calories I have burned? I just just dancing with the kids while holding each of them ( one at a time) They are 30 ish lbs, almost 50 lbs and 70 lbs. Super fast crazy dancing and spinning them in the air.... Funny places you find to fit in exercise.
I do Aerobics while my 2 year old sits of the toilet. He will not go unless he sits on the toilet for at least 20 minutes, so I have just started to do exercises while I wait for him to go. 1200 calorie minimum question
So, I ate 1223 calories today, but with exercise my net calories are at 962. Do I need to eat more to avoid the dreaded "starvation mode" or am I ok? Thanks :)

Too much protein ?
I always have more protein than is suggested for me on MFP. Is that a bad thing? If it is, why? That, so far, has been my only number consistently red instead of green. Thanks in advance for the help. I love the many sources of help on this site! :)

How long does it take before the wieght starts comming off?
I have been doing this for 5 whole days. I know not very long, but when you are hungry and sore for 5 days and don't see much of a change, then it is not encouraging. So, I was wondering if this is normal. When will the weight start to come off?
