exercising with injuries

I am on the second level of the 30 day shred, and my old volley ball injuries ( I twisted my ankle several times) are acting up. Any ideas on how to help support my ankles and still keep it up. I don't want to stop because I am loving the results!

    Oh boy... we are so related! I started having some foot pain during the 30 day shred too. I wrapped it up with an ace bandage and iced it. The ice helped a whole lot. Also I started doing some of the modifications (i.e. easier moves) for some of the more stressful moves. I am still seeing results, but way less pain.
