Seriously exasperating...
I have been cutting calories and working out for 2 months now. I have lost NO weight, I actually gained a pound recently! None of my measurements have changed either. I get enough sleep, I am not stressed. I drink nothing but 1 cup of morning coffee and then water all day. I'm 5'7" and have been averaging 1485 to 1685…

So discouraged. HELP!
I don't have anyone to talk to so I hope its ok to vent to you guys. I gained 20 lbs when my best friend died in September. This was after busting my butt to get down to 155. Experience loss of appetite after working out
I end up a little too low on my calories for the day after workouts. My appetite is high the day after usually, if I dont work out.I don't want any negative consequences from eating too little, like not having enough fuel to build muscle. Any suggestions appreciated. :-)
