I did a workout dvd on the 8th and did lunges incorrectly I believe and completed the workout despite feeling pain. Warning to to others, don't do this! I'm feeling much better but still feel a slight tightness and pull in the muscle. Question is, would some light stationary bike on a low level and some walking be a good idea?
