Trying to build muscle and get toned
Hey so I lost alot of weight and now I am very giggly and feel like I have barely any muscle :( I was eating 1200 but have now gone up to 1520 which is tdee minus 25% .my question is is that enough calories to build muscle I still have 5 to 7kg still to lose so wasnt sure

Upped calories soo hungry !!
I have upped my calories from 1200 to 1500 slowly about 100 a week and now that I have hit 1500 I am soo hungry and finding it hard not to cheat :( I have been on 1500 for 2 and a bit weeks and I have cheated twice :( I am so hungry and craving junkfood

New to gym need advise
So I have juat joined the gym and all ready to tone up .i was thinking 3 times a week for a hour each session .should I do arms,backand chest one day then cardio one day then stomach and legs tge last day ???? Any advise would be great thanks
