Trying to build muscle and get toned

Hey so I lost alot of weight and now I am very giggly and feel like I have barely any muscle
I was eating 1200 but have now gone up to 1520 which is tdee minus 25% .my question is is that enough calories to build muscle I still have 5 to 7kg still to lose so wasnt sure

You need a surplus in calories to build more muscle. It's hard to build muscle and lose weight at the same time. Nonetheless -- You should (in my opinion) incorporate some sort of weight training with exercising. Resistance training is great. Here's why! The more muscle you have in your body, the more calories your body will burn throughout the day. So in effect by building muscle you essentially increase the rate of fat lose!0
