we are having a competition at work called LOSE BIG! Starts Oct 11th and runs for 6 weeks. Highest percentage of weight loss wins..any suggestions on how this can be me? especially if I am going up against men!! ?!?!?

If any of you have fb... find Bob Harper from Biggest loser and click like on his page. He puts in challenges everyday and I just did the inside out method - single arm shoulder raise and OMG... burns and I can barely move my arms!!
I do these workout videos and I cant find them in MFP. 10 min solution: target toning - which focuses on all your body parts.. 10 minutes each Crunch: Fat Burning Dance Party 10 Minute Yoga But i cant figure out how to track this in MFP so I know how many calories I got back and just to keep track of what I did. HELP!!

I have only lost 10 pounds since I started this website and granted I could do alot better... my excuse is.. I am tired or have I too much to do then get down on the floor and do soe exercises. Well today I have been reminded just how bad I need to do that! I went to Target to try and find a pair of shorts or something…
Does anyone know an exercise routine that I could do, I am not a member of a gym.. nor can I afford to be, at home that will help me tone and lose weight faster? is getting a DVD really worth the money??
