I do these workout videos and I cant find them in MFP.

10 min solution: target toning - which focuses on all your body parts.. 10 minutes each

Crunch: Fat Burning Dance Party

10 Minute Yoga

But i cant figure out how to track this in MFP so I know how many calories I got back and just to keep track of what I did.

HELP!!

The dance party video i'm assuming sounds like all cardio? I'd probably go that as Aerobics (not sure about the intensity...guess that would be your call). Yoga i believe they have a category for that...and for holding your baby i would count it as weight training :)

I had so much trouble tracking my calories too so I ended up buying a HRM which I absolutely love.

    Good luck!
