Why do you weigh more during the time of the month?

Because you're more likely to retain water. And the best cure for that is to drink more water and lower your sodium intake.0

Water retention is almost always the main cause of weighing more during AF. Also many times this is when we give into our cravings.. so our weight will tend to fluctuate based off the food we eat. Don't worry you will lose it when AF leaves!0

so the key to water retension is to drink more water? I want to see the scale go down.. not up because this god awful time of the month has arrived! But I should add.. I did not give into my cravings at all. I am actually doing pretty good! Surprising0
