Does it bother you when people take your food?
Like, they just take some off your plate and eat it? Personally, I'm VERY stingy and hate it. If someone does it, I openly tell them not to/to stop. let's face it, it's on MY plate for a reason.

These chips don't taste as amazing as I remember
Just had chips, they tasted so greasy and not half as amazing as I thought. I'll give them to a friend or something so it's not considered wasteful, but WOO, now I hopefully won't crave them anymore after this! How to make a good full body strength training routine?
I'm gonna do it 3X a week, regular cardio 3 days, and the 7th day is a rest day. How do I figure out which exercises, number of sets/reps would work for a beginner? Thank you.

Measurements you're striving for?
The only place I seem to be losing weight is my waist (what I want), I started with a 27.5" waist, shooting for 23", and currently 25 1/4". I'm stopping being on a deficit when I get there, screw getting to my goal weight if I have my dream waist. Any specific measurements you guys wanna achieve?

Can squats/lunges make your butt smaller?
Or just look more perky/round/toned? Since I heard that while they add/build muscle in that area, it can also make you lose some of the fat that's there.

Helping with my deficit plan
I'm really trying to avoid ruining my metabolism, and I've been going along with my deficit for about 2 weeks now. Trying to not to go over about 1300 cal per day, and burning at least 500 cal of cardio everyday. Stats: 5'1, 100.8 lbs (SW:112) So 1300-500=800, so I guess I've been in starvation mode? I need some help…
