Yoga to build muscle/tone up?

Or should I just use weights? If so, how many reps and sets would you recommend for a beginner?

You can use both. Yoga will strengthen your muscles with the various poses and hold (oer time), but you may want to add light lifting in if you want to increase definition and increase metabolism a bit quicker.

This! I say do both. Variation is key. If you do the same exercises all the time, they become less effective. Switch it up and get the results you want!0
