Fitbit and MFP-exercise?
I am a little confused on the activity portion of the fitbit. Normally, I dont record my walking, steps, etc. to MFP...I only record an actualy "workout." Meals before a 10K
Normally, I run on an empty stomach in the mornings...I usually do about 4 miles. I have a 10K coming up and I have to be at the start line by 6:30AM. Exercise and breakfast Question
I generally get up at 0545 to get in my workout. I do the elliptical and/or treamill. I burn about 400 calories. I hear its best to eat within 30 minutes of exercise.
